I received this yesterday so I’m very new to using it but I have found it very easy to use everything is self explanatory it took a little time to figure out how to brew the coffee as I couldn’t get it to fit after grinding with a little patience I got there I think with time it will get to a point where I can do it without thinking
The machine took no time at all to assemble it is quite heavy at around 14kg but very well made and packaged
I find the jug that comes with it small you definitely couldn’t make enough milk for 2 lattes I have ordered a larger one for a few pounds so it’s not a problem
The coffee tastes as good as the ones you pay a lot of money for so will definitely pay for itself in no time at all
Overall I think this is a brilliant machine and I would definitely recommend it if it’s something you are looking at getting

I bought this machine after some careful consideration of a few models at differing price points.
I chose this because it looked nice, the reviews were largely good and ease of use to get a good cup of coffee was imperative – I am by any stretch a barista!
Arrived quickly, easy to set up and was straight on with making my coffees and trying to understand whats what.
I have had this a few months now, it looks great, it makes great coffee (around 6 per day), its simple to clean and all round I am very pleased with it.
In terms of where it falls short (bearing in mind i have nothing to compare it to!). The grinder doesnt come apart to clean (had no issues with it either so moot point) and the descale light has been on 3 times, we are hardwater but not sure whether it does this based on a timer or based on limescale deposit.
In short, really pleased with it and if I ever had to replace I would defo buy it again!

You won’t be disappointed! If you’re a coffee lover like I am this is the machine for you! It pours the perfect coffee just like coffee shops.
The machine is well built, solid and not too big, a great feature in our kitchen.
It requires a bit of cleaning and TLC but worth it!
You have to descale before using it takes a while but then you’re good to go, it took me a couple of times to master exactly my taste of grinding and intensity of coffee, still trying to master the milk froffer but I will get there!
Also I bought before Christmas and manage a good discount! If you’re thinking and have the money go for it 👌🤎

Item recieved quickly as usual from amazon. Faulty from first set up. The steam nozzle would not work and steam was coming from the central part of the machine. Amazon unable to replace for 5 weeks. Really disappointing as this was bought for a birthday present.

Machin was well packed. Simple to follow instructions. Took a few goes to get the flavour right with the beans I’d chosen and now it’s easy to make a great cup of coffee. The machine’s controls are logical and straightforward. One can easily change how much the beans are ground, adjust the amount of ground beans delivered, set the temperature of the water and the strength of the brew. All excellent!
