I’ve tried other pod coffee makers in the past but was always disappointed in the tiny amount of coffee and lack of froth (crema).
This machine (uniquely) reads a bar code on the pod and dispenses whatever volume of coffee it specifies. So, FINALLY, a full mug of heavily milk-frothed, delicious coffee.
(Tip: Put the milk in first before putting the mug in place – you get loads of delicious crema on top).

Really happy with my new coffee machine. It’s nice I’ve finally found a coffee machine that will make a full mug (depending on pod size you use). Coffee tastes great too! Only downside is you can’t seem to buy the pods in many stores so I’m having to buy them online. Other than that very happy with it so far

My son is delighted with the machine which I had bought for him for Christmas, I was not so happy given that the promised coffee pods were NOT contained in the Order, as such he was not able to try it until the additional pods I had purchased ha arrived after Christmas. All in all a Christmas gift that fell short of expectations which was not what I had wanted.

It was an exceptional price so I thought it might not be perfect. However it simply does not make coffee properly. Coffee comes as one and a third mugs and is therefore not that great. I have been stopping it at the appropriate time but the coffee could be better. The water container is jammed in place.that is it so far. I have health issues that stop me sending it back.

This is a nice machine, the problem is it’s very temperamental. Every couple of weeks it asks to be descaled, and the descaling solution costs about £10 per sachet. It has a single indicator lamp which has a confusing range of flashing / colours indicating different conditions and faults. The internet gives all kinds of advice about what to do about flashing lights, but the fact is, no-one seems to know difinitively what they all mean (including nespresso). For a machine at this price point I would expect a proper LCD / LED screen. Our machine is now not working at all after 3 year’s use. Not value for money in my opinion.

Never Worked- Bought as a present and gave it to my friend a few weeks after purchasing as a house warming gift- but didn’t work and then cant return as missed the return window- really bad service, very surprising as I have purchased so many items and never had any other issues?
